Yahoo Engineering Veteran Joins Jobvite as CTO

<p><strong>San Francisco — Aug. 5</strong><br />Jobvite provider of next-generation recruitment solutions, announced Adam Hyder has joined the company as chief technology officer (CTO). </p><p>As CTO, Hyder will lead all technology and engineering development, working with the executive team of this fast growing software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider in the multibillion dollar online recruiting market. <br /> <br />Hyder joins Jobvite directly from Yahoo, where he most recently served as senior director of engineering for the company’s Advertising Management Platform (AMP), Yahoo’s multibillion dollar online adverting program. </p><p>Previously, Hyder was CTO and director of engineering for Yahoo HotJobs, where he delivered innovative products that contributed to 100 percent revenue growth during his three years in the division. <br /> <br />Prior to Yahoo, Hyder served as senior director of engineering at TradeBeam Inc., a venture-funded software company that streamlined global trading processes for enterprises. </p><p>Before TradeBeam, he was co-founder, CTO and CEO of OneBuild, a business-to-business marketplace.
