A. In the Server Configuration document assigned to the MAIL1 server
Tutorial:
The Message Recall feature in Lotus Notes and Domino Release 8 allows a mail user to retrieve Lotus Notes mail messages that already have been sent.
Message Recall settings are configured in the Server Configuration document and/or Mail Policy Settings documents. This feature is enabled by default for Domino 8 servers.
Mail Recall settings can be configured for all mail files that reside on a Domino mail server by using the settings in the "Router/SMTP > Message Recall" tab of the Server Configuration document that is assigned to the server. If a Configuration Settings document does not exist for a Domino Mail server, Message Recall will be enabled for the server using the default settings.
Mail Recall settings can also be configured for mail users in the "Mail > Message Recall" tab of a Mail Policy Settings document.
